Select
Carefully selected and treated with the utmost care, our wool, natural, is extremely soft on the skin. Naturally insulating material, our felt is used in full thickness to offer you the greatest comfort.
The flocks from which this wool is obtained are located in farms of our alpine massifs which gives us the best quality.
Comfortable and warm, this type of wool is perfect to go through the long winter months.

Cut
Before undergoing this decisive and definitive gesture, wool extends the beauty of its colors in the form of thick rolls of felt. Once spread on our wooden tables, our felt passes through the expert hands of seamstresses, who carefully control the quality.
It is with force and delicacy, that our punch (cutting tool), will come to carve the wool in order to draw there the unique form your silent ones.
These metal scissors will offer us, at this stage, the different elements of your Silencieuses that we are going to have, now, to assemble.

Sew
Historical, ancestral and founding gesture, made by the hand of the shoe-maker.
He begins by cutting his linen thread, the sheath of beeswax, and then equips himself with two needles, through which he passes through the thread in its thickness to shoe it. The needles can then begin their ballet and assemble in rhythm the parts of your Silencieuses.
As a finishing touch to this step, the embroidery of our coat of arms on the right foot of your slippers.

Phew
Once the Silencieuses are finished, the shoe-maker pampers it.
He protects it, beautifies it in depth, with method. He begins by cleaning it of its impurities and pencil silver lines. Then he fixes the cockade on the left foot of the pair, historical symbol of belonging to the French nation, proudly displayed by Louis XVI after the revolution of 1789.
With his hand, at once delicate and rigorous, he stops then the manufacture of your Silencieuses to slip them in their holster.
